Scott Foster had one of those “be careful what you wish for” years.
His company, Wellco Corp, was featured in Crain’s Stage 2 Strategies in July for its work in turning the company’s business model on its head.
Wellco moved away from its traditional business of setting up employer wellness programs to using software to analyze employer’s entire health care programs. The move created more consulting business and turned former competitors into customers.
